At 49th Parallel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee experience; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If you are unhappy with your order or have issues with brewing equipment, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase.
Review Policy
Verify that your item is eligible for return; please note that all roasted coffee beans are final sale, while brewing equipment and merchandise must be unopened and in original packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Send your package to our Vancouver roastery; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
